Road Work Notice – Gravel Application and Grading

The Township is now applying maintenance gravel on select roads in Georgian Bluffs within the former Keppel Township. This essential maintenance work is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete.

During this period, transport trucks will be applying a layer of new gravel on the road surface, which graders will spread and mix with the existing surface and reshape the road. Although we will compact the gravel surface, please note that it may remain soft in some areas for up to two weeks following the application.

For the safety of all road users, roads under maintenance will be appropriately signed to notify the public to proceed with caution. While these roads will remain open to local traffic, we strongly recommend avoiding these roads during the maintenance work, if possible, to ensure safety and efficiency in the completion of this work.
