Represent Georgian Bluffs at the Multi-Municipal Energy Working Group

Georgian Bluffs invites residents to bring their voices and perspectives to the Multi-Municipal Energy Working Group (MMEWG). Council is seeking applications from engaged community members to fill one (1) vacancy on this collaborative initiative.

The MMEWG unites representatives from municipalities across Grey-Bruce to address shared challenges and advocate for best practices in energy generation and storage.

Applicants must reside in or own property within the Township of Georgian Bluffs, and have internet access to participate in virtual meetings. Meetings are held bi-monthly on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.

This is an opportunity to actively contribute to the energy landscape in the region, gain experience in municipal advocacy, and make a meaningful difference in shaping the future of energy generation and storage.
