Notice: Georgian Bluffs Seeking Fence Viewers

Georgian Bluffs is inviting interested members of the public to submit letters of interest for one of five available public appointments to the role of Fence Viewer.

These appointments will cover the remainder of the current 2022–2026 term of Council, and the following Council term.

Fence Viewers play an important role in resolving property boundary disputes under the Line Fences Act. Appointees receive an hourly per diem plus mileage for participating in fence viewing procedures.

Interested applicants are encouraged to provide background information and highlight any relevant qualifications in their letters of interest.

Applications must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, to the attention of the Township Clerk, either by mail or email:
