Inter Township Fire Department Honours Firefighters with Years of Service Awards

The Inter Township Fire Department celebrated the dedication of its firefighters at the 2023 Years of Service Awards on Friday October 20^th, recognizing a combined 125 years of dedication to the community.

Each year, the Inter Township Fire Department proudly acknowledges the outstanding contributions and sacrifices made by its brave firefighters, and celebrates their achievements over the past year.

This year's recipients of the Years of Service Awards represent a remarkable group of individuals who have displayed exceptional commitment to the department and the communities they serve. The awards are presented to those who have reached significant milestones in their dedicated service, and their unwavering commitment is truly commendable.

The 2023 Years of Service Award Recipients are:

• 40 Years of Service: Ken Goldsmith
• 25 Years of Service: Andy Redmond
• 20 Years of Service: Mike Stewart
• 10 Years of Service: Rick Audette, Jeff Fries, Dave Guichelaar,  and Jason Hellyer

The Inter Township Fire Department is proud of these distinguished firefighters, and is honoured to celebrate their achievements.
