Help Georgian Bluffs Invest in the Future Through our Community Improvement Plan Survey

The Township of Georgian Bluffs is calling on business owners, farm operators, and the community to share your thoughts in our Community Improvement Plan (CIP) survey and help us chart a course for a vibrant, prosperous future.

The Township is working to establish a CIP program, which would provide financial incentives like grants, loans, and rebates to support investment in our community. It can encompass a wide range of improvement themes including housing, agricultural development, revitalizing downtown spaces, and transforming underutilized properties.

Your feedback will help in tailoring this plan to reflect our community's unique needs and vision. Your insights will directly influence the types of improvements and incentives we implement and play a key role in shaping the program area, understanding community preferences, setting eligibility criteria, and developing draft program guidelines.

To take part in the survey and share your thoughts on investing in our community’s future, visit www.engageGB.ca/CIP. Hard copies of the survey will also be available at the Township Office and recreation facilities.

The Township will also be hosting focus group events for specific sectors in early 2024, and a Public Open House later in the spring. These sessions will offer additional opportunities to share experiences and contribute to the community's growth and development.
