Driving Toward Sustainability: rEVolution Fair Debuts at Cobble Beach

The Township of Georgian Bluffs, in partnership with Cobble Beach, is thrilled to be hosting the inaugural ‘rEVolution Fair: Plug in to the Future,’ taking place on October 14th, 2023, at Cobble Beach Resort. This event, organized by the Climate Action Working Group, is a celebration of electric vehicles (EVs), and a community-focused effort to promote a more sustainable future by exploring the adoption of electric transportation and other technologies.  

rEVolution Fair: Plug in to the Future, will offer an exciting lineup of family activities and exhibits aimed at showcasing the benefits of EVs and other electric machinery. This event will be a dynamic gathering of EV enthusiasts, industry experts, and curious community members eager to learn more about the EV revolution, thanks to our supporters; Baywest Nissan, Peninsula Ford, Scenic Cycle, and Partner Ag.  

The event will feature EV owners displaying a diverse range of EV models and providing firsthand insights into the ownership experience. Representatives from some of the leading EV auto companies will also be in attendance to showcase their latest models where you can explore the cutting-edge features and technological advancements, and ask any questions you may have.   

A selection of e-bikes will also be available to test ride at the event, along with a range of battery powered yard equipment, demonstrating how you can de-gas your yard work.   

The Township of Georgian Bluffs and Cobble Beach invite the community, local businesses, and all those interested in sustainable transportation to join us on October 14th, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Cobble Beach, located at 221 McLeese Dr, Kemble.
